The hotel was reasonable value for the money we paid, we arrived early for a lads weekend and checked in just after midday which was a great help. Ideal for group bookings probably wouldn't recommend it for a romantic weekend.
Only ate in the restaurant for breakfast which was passable nothing out of this world, location of hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the main shopping and drinking area.

This was a great find, and as it will be very near our new flat in Dublin, will def recommend to friends and family. Rooms are lovely, big and bright with sharp, modern design and nice little extras (CD player, backlit headboard on bed). Good for people tired of staying in fusty B&Bs or boring chains - although I learned that this IS a chain while I was there. Great situation for all of Smithfield's new perks, inc cinema, Saturday market, posh supermarket etc. Right on the LUAS tramline, but a bit far to walk all the time to the heart of the city center - worth keeping in mind for die-hard tourists or people with a heavy business schedule, but absolutely perfect for people interested in discovering the city and having a nice place to come back to.
All in all, a good visit!!

Our booking included breakfast which was ok - suggest getting there earlier to beat the pastry vultures whom take extra for their day sight seeing - painful! Hotel room was clean & a good enough size for a short stay. Walk into the centre of town along the river easy. Location was fairly quiet, but after a couple of Guiness who wouldn't sleep well! Staff very efficient. Would stay here again.

Excellent modern hotel, not far from the heart of Dublin. The quality of room was excellent and very cheap for the quality.
