We were exhausted after a delayed flight and checked in at about 2.30 am. The friendly welcome we received was much appreciated. Being minutes away from arrivals meant we could fall into deliciously comfy beds and sleep soundly in the quiet room. My daughter left her overcoat with housekeeping before we went on holiday in case it was cold on our return and when we checked in one week later they had laundered it for her. Did not have time to eat there as we had a train to catch the next morning but checked the menu and I feel £18 is a bit steep for breakfast. Will definately use the hotel again and have already recommended it to friends. |

Dinner in the restaurant was at the expensive end but the food was great and the atmosphere was lovely - the pianist was an especially nice touch. With 26 hours of international flights ahead of us it was nice to relax and enjoy our last night in the UK. |

When we arrived at the hotel my husband and I were given a warm welcome by a very nice girl on the reception checkin desk, we were then given and unexpected upgrade to a business class room, even though the hotel was very busy. The upgrad gave my husband and I an even better start to our month long holiday. The service given by all members of the hotel staff (Porter, Restaurant staff etc) was excellent. Thank You! |

We used the hotel as a one-night stopover before an early morning flight, hence we didn't use any of the facilities other than the room itself, which was beautifully finished in a Japanese theme. The price was quite high, but that's always the case in a captive market such as this. It's nice to be able to walk through a glass door and be in the airport in the morning. |
