The hotel is set in beautiful grounds, the buildings are well kept and our room was lovely. My only suggestion for improvement is to have food available throughout the day. We missed lunch and there was no food available on the premises - not even a small bar snack or a bag of crisps. We would have liked to have dined in the hotel restaurant, but were too late for booking a table. The hotel staff were however very helpful in booking us into a lovely restaurant nearby. Breakfast was very nice, even if the service was slightly slow. All in all a very nice hotel experience though:-)) |

Hotel is a beautiful old country house and is in a quiet setting. Staff are friendly and food is really good. Is a great location for visiting Bath. The only downside was ordering food from the bar-it took quite a while to get a sandwich due to a wedding on the day. Got the impression that they were just too busy to bother making a sandwich. Otherwise was impressed with the hotel. |

The hotel was very impressive from the outside, almost as good from inside, the staff were brilliant, very polite & helpful. We were on holiday with our two small children and they loved eating in the restaurant, we were very pleased that the hotel allowed it. The food was absolutely fantastic & a must if you do stay here. |
