Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location. Only downsides were the aircon that didn't work well in our first room and wasn't much better in the room we moved to and the bed in the second room was very hard, like a plank! |

There did not appear to be a hotel restaurant that was open for dinner, but given the great location that was not a problem. The jacuzzi baths were a nice touch but the cable television lost sound for the english channels for most of our stay. There was also ongoing work in the hotel which broke the relaxation. Nice breakfasts however and very comfortable room. |

Good value for money. Excellent location right by Sultanhamet tram stop & very close to blue mosque, ayia sophia & basillica cistern. Breakfast was good & rooms very clean & comfy. Especially enjoyed the jacuzzi bath, very relaxing after a days sight seeing. Nice restaurants in side streets nearby. |

Hotel is centrally located in Sultanahment district, off the main street called Divan Yolu. The metro is just a block away. So you can take the metro train from the airport to the hotel quite easily at a fraction of taxi or shuttle service. The staff is very pleasant and curteous. The complimentary breakfast is good. I would recommend that they also provide a toaster. They currently offer fresh rolls. The standard room is smallish and face the building offices opposite which can view into the rooms easily. So for most the day, the black out drapes must be closed for privacy. The bathrooms are great with all the amenities of top end hotels, including a jetted bath tub. The shower swing glass door could be a little wider to prevent water from spilling into the bathroom. We thought on the first day that there was a leak in the tub. |
