The meals in the restaurant are small (which is not to everyones standard) but delicious and beautifully presented. The views setting and garden are superb, fantastic in sunny weather but the conservatory is ideal in poorer conditions. My wife and I had a wondeful stay and the staff at the hotel really helped us celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary, I highly recommend the hotel and will visit again one day. |

Very nice hotel with a stunning front-view location overlooking the sea. Weather permitting, the front garden terrace is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the view. Clean and comfortable bedroom and superb breakfast. |

This hotel is in a fantastic location, however that's all the positives I can list. The hotel has a stuffy atmosphere. "Heavens waiting room" springs to mind. I wasn't allowed to dine in the hotel due to not having a shirt and tie!! I mean get with the times please?!?! No warning on the website on this either which is very poor. I had to go hungry. I may stay here again but not until I am about 70 which is what the hotel is geared up for. Also when sat in the garden the gardener switched the sprinklers on and soaked me and my guitar, this was clearly on purpose. The guy needs sacking in my opinion but again the hotel staff did nothing to help when this was reported - Not even allowing me to eat! 3 words sums up this place.......Terrible, terrible, terribble! |

I was very pleasantly impressed with this hotel. It is the only 4 star hotel in Falmouth and looks out over Falmouth Bay. The staff were friendly and efficient, the room was more than adequate and the breakfasts were quite acceptable. My room (123) was right above the kitchen's ventilation shaft and so was rather noisy with the windows open but the noise stopped between 10.15pm and about 6.30am so did not inhibit sleep. A small price to pay for the superb discount received through LateRooms. I would not hesitate to return there. |
