For the price the hotel was fine, the staff need to attend customer care courses, in particular one member of staff who was very rude to members of our group. |

The room was advertised as an executive room but there was not even a clock radio/alarm clock. The beverage facilities were hidden away so had to be searched for. Also the room was right above rception where music played until about 11 pm. All of this could be improved. |
