within easy walking distance from bus stop and eas driving distance to Isle of Skye

We were angry that we booked online only to find if we had turned up at the last minute without prior booking we could have got a room for half the price. Why bother to plan ahead>

Clean room, friendly and helpful staff and a good breakfast. Locals were also friendly. Would certainly stay at the Kyle again.

receptionist Laura very friendly and helpful. especially when looking for an upgrade. rooms dust and not very welcoming.
room appeared to be above reception and could hear every door and movement during the night so sleep was always disturbed.
breakfast choice could be greater and scrambled eggs were like rubber.
hotel situated in a beautiful part of scotland, but could be up dated slightly
staff is the best feature this hotel has to offer.
