This is a great hotel - unfortunately the food has not improved (eaten here a few times) which is such a shame when all the staff are so good

Got an upgrade to the "Los Angeles Suite" which was nice but some things were a bit shabby - basin cracked, table chippped/blistered. Couldn't work out how to change channel on bathroom tv. DVDs can't be watched in bed. The whole place has a bit of a stag/hen night feel to it and don't even think of using your complimentary "VIP" ticket to the night club if you are over 21.

The Paris room was more ike the Napoleon room,quite dark furnishings.Toilet small little space for towels,toiletries.Most people would remember Paris for the Eiffel Tower.Champs Elysses etc.Coffee machine and room in in general was over complicated.Few other little things.Bit disapponting.The Paris bar and other bars I looked at were very nice.Little bit noisy at night.Certainly not a terrible experience just a bit below expectations.
