Britannia Bournemouth Hotel

The Britannia Bournemouth is ideally located a few minutes’ walk to East Cliff Beach. The hotel is also close to Bournemouth town centre that offers a wide range of shops and bars. All of the 181 bedrooms have been decorated to a high standard with a contemporary feel to them. They are all en-suite and have TV, Telephone, Trouser Press, Hairdryer and Tea & Coffee making facilities. The two conference rooms that are available at the hotel are suited for any occasion whether it is business or pleasure and hold up to 100 people. In addition there is a Health and Leisure club, ideal for relaxing. The restaurant serves a wide variety of mouth watering cuisine and is on the ground floor. The Lounge and bar is perfect for those lighter snacks or if you fancy a hot chocolate or coffee. WIFI is free to all guests and available in all public areas of the hotel.

Good location for exploring the town and beaches. Rooms OK. English breakfast (Buffet) was reasonable but tea and coffee is served by yourself from large containers - both were undrinkable.

Small single room, but hey, I booked a single. My stay was made much more pleasent by the reception staff both at check in and in the morning. No problems, a good, value for money stop over.

Booked late and at a very attractive rate - much better than going direct to Britannia. Hotel popular with stag and hen parties but there was enough room for everyone. Pleased to see that bar prices were reasonable. Breakfast was adequate but the quality of some of the ingredients was poor. Helpful and attentive staff plus the VFM mean that we'll certainly look to stay here agaim.
