My room was far from satisfactory as had ordered a twin room (with 2 beds) even after confirming my booking the day before on arrival I was told in an extremely rude manner that I was to have a small twin room- which basically meant that there was 1 bed! Neither my friend or I could actually sleep as there wasnt any room to move! To top things off the iron in my room was broken! This hotel is over priced - would much rather have stayed at The Holiday Inn!!!!

Room was very nice, and staff very helpful with directions and bag minding.Close to Tube and nice walk to Knightsbridge and Harrods etc. Very good value for money considering the mad prices in London.
Only complaint is that we were woken by people next doorcoming home as the walls were paper thin and you could here everything they were saying.

One thing I would like to mention that room was quite stuffy as no windows open. Did use air con but not very good. Also double bed were two beds together which would be fine if mattresses same level!
