New Generation 4 star hotel with leisure club (pool, sauna, steam room and gym) located in Reading town centre with 178 rooms with broadband Internet. Just 3 min walk from the railway station (30 min to London Paddington), within easy reach of the M4, a short drive from the main business parks and only 25 miles from Heathrow airport. Also includes Elements Restaurant and Bar and a 8 room conference suite. Parking at the NCP car park in Garrard Street charges £13 pounds per night, £16 pounds per 24 hours.

Exit the M4 at junction 11, take the exit on the roundabout onto the A33 signposted Reading. Continue straight ahead along the A33 towards Reading for about 10 minutes. You will go down under a bridge and exit left signposted Garrard Street Car Park (Yell building on your right). At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit into Friar Street, turn left at the traffic light onto Greyfriar Road and take first right onto Garrard Street. You can park at the NCP car park there and the hotel is 1 min. walk.

Great location and a good rate through laterooms. Had breakfast in bed but was served cold (not even warm). Carpet and bedding had paint on them too. Not great

be aware that if you want to pay cash, you will be expected to pay a deposit of 50.00 before you can check in and this is not made clear to you until you arrive. The receptionist are very abrupt and the customer service skills leave much to be desired. Do not expect any pillows, you get cushions on your bed.
