Leve the A55 expressway on the A470 which is signposted for Llandudno. After passing the Asda store on your left, follow signs for the train station. After passing the train station turn ledt at the traffic lights into Trinity Avenue, St. Mary's Road is the third road on the right. Glenavon is on the right hand side approximately half way down St. Mary's Road.

we were made very welcome by bunny & tina upon our arrival, the b & b was very close to the town centre and well situated for eating and drinking. our roon was very clean and well decorated with a well stocked bathroom. If you are looking for a good clean b & b with friendly hosts in llandudno i would definately recomend this one !.Ps off road parking as well.

very nice guest house. clean and tidy.lovely food. owners were very friendly and sown to earth.would definitely stay there again. ideal location,close to shops restaurants etc.
