From the minute we arrived until the minute we left, the customer service received was incredible. The male behind reception who helped us with every query and booking room service gave the best customer service I have ever experienced. He was fantastic and it made our stay at the hotel a wonderful experience. I would definitely definitely book again. Thank You.

The hotel was clean, well kept and the reception staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Indoor swimming pool is smallish but warm, so it's nice to relax in. The bedroom was clean, spacious, equipped and I had a nice view over the outdoor pool. (Rm 34). No sea views at the hotel. Did not have dinner, but the menu looked promising. Breakfast was good, we had a nice selection and it was served on hot plates. The waiting staff were attentive and had good personalities. Good facilties including Sky Sports in the bar. There was musical entertinament, he was setting up as I was going out so I did not see him. There were families, a few oldies and some golfers staying at the same time.
