A nice hotel with great facilities - and good value at £68. The most rambling hotel I have ever stayed-in but the room was modern, neat, comfortable, clean - everything you need. The leisure centre was very nice - if you can find it (it was not posted from anywhere in the hotel I could see, and I only found it by accident by going out of an emergency door for a breath of air. A number of nice bars where I enjoyed an above average bar meal. Great breakfast in the main restaurant. Would definately recommend. |

Good value through laterooms.com. Friendly staff. Set in nice grounds although the local area is a bit "down-at-heal". Only had an overnight stay and local places to eat are limited if not eating in the hotel. had previously attended a wedding here in 2001 which was excellently managed . |

The room I was given initally was very noisy- with a noisy extractor fan outside and a fuse box inside. The staff however were happy to move me to a different room, and I got an upgrade thrown in too. |

We stayed here because we were wedding guests at a wedding reception held at the hotel. The grounds of the hotel are lovely. The room was very nice. Breakfast was good for a buffet style breakfast. |
