Overall quality was high and the staff was helpful and courteous. One serious problem (that appeared to be an electrical short in the light switch for the bathroom) was not dealt with in a safe manner during my stay but I hope it will be taken care of before other guests use the room. The porter made the switch work on the day I checked-in, but should have reported the problem to the supervisor so it could have been fixed. On my last night, the switch did not make a secure connection at all. I was offered another room but did not want to move so late in my stay. Another less serious problem was the small bathroom--hard for me to sit on the toilet and not burn myself on the towel heater, which was on all the time. The room was large and quite nicely decorated. |

Breakfast conditions are not good at all, very poor buffet, and just a few seats. |
