a lovely little cottage with all the comforts of home. Breakfast was fantastic as was the quality of food. Extras were a lovely surprise and much appreciated. Only downside if im being picky is that there was no table to eat at, and the place was dusty. Overall though, i would not hesitate to return back to Barn Lodge. My wife was very impressed with the central heating system, and the cottage was comfortably warm. Thankyou for a relaxing couple of days. |

It was a beautiful place. Very quiet but within easy reach of main A140 and Eye. The owners where very friendly and helpful, but left you alone to do your own thing. We would recommend this place to anyone. |

Only negative was the situation of the cottage - in amongst small factories in a slightly industrial zone off the main road, with no views or outside area or feeling of space ... |
