AA 3 stars,fully en-suite,strictly non-smoking,traditional lakeland guest house,serving finest local fayre,with a choice of traditional,vegetarian or continental breakfast.Breakfast is served in our Dining Room,with a 60's theme,between 9 and 9-30.Ideally situated within walking distance of train and bus stations,lake and all local amenities.All our rooms are to AA specifications and dimensions as laid down by the AA,we have a choice of double,family,twin and single rooms,along with a 2 bedroom suite.We have an award winning garden for your relaxation.PLEASE NOTE-We accept children of 6 years of age and over.Deposits of 50% are required with the balance being payable on arrival.Deposits are non-refundable and cancellation within 14 days of your arrival date will result in the balance of your account being taken.

Great B&B with great breakfast. If I could only make one comment, breakfast was a bit late at 9.00 am and visitors who would want to start exploring the area would have to start their day late.

Very central B&B-walking distance to town centre and Bowness, friendly enough people. Rooms very small with tiny en-suite bathrooms! Breakfasts good.

Adam Place was perfect for my needs & I would recommend it to anyone looking for a B&B in the Bowness/Windermere area.
The couple who run the guesthouse were lovely, very helpful with local advice & great to chat to.
The rooms are not huge but then again how many B&B rooms are?!?
The traditional breakfast was great & always set me up perfectly for a day of walking.
If I ever return to Windermere on holiday I will definitely look at staying here again.

Ideal location, near city centre and to bowness. Room was very pretty with comfortable beds and good ventilation. Many available options for breakfast. Vey good and friendly service provided.
