    booked two rooms one room was very modern but familly room was ok but very worn and broken furniture, but reception said that they are in the process of modernising the rooms.

    Work is going on at hotel at present but this did not disrupt our stay. Situation of hotel is good if you are in own car - just off the M50 ring road.

    Staff in restaurant were extremely friendly and efficient unfortunately the same cannot be said of what I think was the manageress on duty the morning we checked.we booked online and were told checking out time was 12noon but she barged into the room at 12.10 saying checking out time was 11am.When we went to pay our bill I showed her our confirmation slip which stated check out time was 12 but she never even aplogised for her rudeness and left us feeling we were to blame and that is why i would be reluctant to stay there again.Also the leisure centre could do with a revamp the pool wasnt very clean and not very inviting.

    Had a lovely room. Only gripe was that, though the air conditioning was on at min temp, it was rather stuffy and in need of fresh air. Windows could not be opened.
