Really clean and well run. Disappointed that the 0.7 miles to Exeter was in fact around 3 miles, otherwise no complaints

The internet access in the foyer was very useful. Smoking around the front entrance is not so good. Need to de-clutter the dining area for breakfast, all in all a very good hotel.

Despite stipulating on my LateRooms.com booking form that we had one 5 year old and one 7 month old, we were then given a room which had x1 double bed for us and x1 double sofa-bed for the children.
I asked for a cot but that blocked access in and out of the hotel room too much and I believe would have constituted a fire hazard.
The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and not flat (slanted) and my 5 year old did not sleep well.
We are not happy and would not recommend this to anyone with children.

the hotel was a good place to stay, but the food was not very nice also they had no variety
rooms were not up to standard and very basis, no internet connection
