The best feature is the pool and sauna - new and luxurious. But avoid staying at weekends or whenever a wedding is on .. probably worth asking if they're doing one first. Loud noise in the bar kept us awake till 3 am and only stopped when we threatened to leave without paying the bill. Restuarant service friendly - although one waiter didn't look older than 12 or 13, which contributed to a sense of unprofessionalism. Fresh fruit at breakfast wasn't fresh - it was fizzy and going off! |

Receptionist checking in very poor handed me a welcome letter and spoke so quickly I couldn't catch anything she said I don't know why hotels still get this initial part so badly wrong when it makes such a lasting impression. Hotel in need of refurb, but pleasant and spacious and good parking. My room very nice and iron brought very promptly to room when requested. Breakfast staff very friendly especially one lovely girl who showed me to my table. Spa and pool really lovely and receptionist checking out was much better. Would stay here again if working in the area again. |
