Keep followingthe signs for Tavistock and the hospital. After approximatelyone mile turn right at traffic lights into PlymouthInternational Business Park and then first left into the hotel.From Plymouth City Centre take the A386 towards Tavistockand continue on over the A38 flyover. Two minor problems :-
1 The postcode given is not recognised by my Satnav but the staff were most helpful and gave clear consise directions.
2 The TV internet facility didnot work however I was told that the system was in the process of being upgraded, I could have been told this on checkin and saved some time cursing .

this was a good hotel. The location meant we had a good night`s sleep without hearing any road noise. The only problem was as it is new I couldn`t locate it via sat-nav, or on any list of Plymouth hotels. But we found it after about 20 minutes.

A business-oriented hotel with a decent restaurant and bar. Room was sizeable and well kept. Hotel was easy to find and had lots of free parking - an important consideration when Plymouth fills up with tourists in the summer.
Downsides were:
- The internet connection did not work - the hotel said they were in the process of changing providers
- The restaurant was freezing cold - despite requests from many guests the hotel said they could not change the temperature because it was controlled from a remote location. This took the edge off what was an excellent meal.
