Sadly, i wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. From the moment we arrived, something felt very eery and wrong about it. There was dog mess on the drive, and the house smelt of smoke and dogs. We were supposed to stay for two nights but checked out after the first, as the barking and yapping of their numerous dogs kept us awake most of the night. The rooms look spectacular on the website, but in reality have been done on the cheap. Handles were falling off cupboards and a shelf was hanging off the wall. It's a real shame, as the house has so much potential, but it has been renovated very poorly. A definate no no for anyone tghat is looking for an authentic french chateaux. |

Arrived at 3 pm & it was closed. Even though I was the only guest, couldn't get a room until 4. Food OK but overpriced. no coffee facility or TV in room. |

The Manor is traditional in appearance with an outdoor heated pool. The grounds are generous and just off a road which is very convenient to the motorway. Inside, the Manor has been completely refurbished and is very modern and spacious yet it is still in keeping with the overall style. We certainly were very impressed with the size and decor to our room and bathroom and dressingroom. The bathroom had a shower (no bath), but don't let that put you off because the walk-in shower was huge. |
