The hotel offers 56 beautifully decorated bedrooms, each one unique and many with stunning views over the parkland greens and local countryside. Balcony deluxe rooms and private suites are also available.

I have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions, and can honestly say that I have only had one bad experience; my room had an unexplained dripping sound coming from within the walls, but reception moved me as soon as I notified them to another room with no hesitation.
As I understand the rooms are being refurbished currently, which will be fantastic as I didn't think they were dated in the first place!
The staff are always friendly and efficient, and have always been helpful to me.
The food is fantastic, apparently they source food from local sources which is always a good thing, and I am yet to have a bad meal there.
Leisure facilities are also very good.
Will continue to use, and recommend.

Customer service was excellent - the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are fairly new and well laid out. Nothing to criticise, except for the awful computerised piano which was playing constantly in the restaurant and bar.
