Beautiful hotel, well situated just outside of the port but near enough to walk to resturants and night life. Would advise car hire for getting about. |

The hotel room was fairly small but very comfortable with a balcony, we booked a standard twin. The pool area is really nice but the pool was not heated and you had to be brave to venture in!! The hotel is right on the beach. The breakfast was great, although the price of any food in the hotel was ridiculously high!!!!! The walk to any restaurants and shops was a good 20 mins along a motorway which was fine for us but may cause others problems, although taxis were available not sure on the price. We booked the two night stay which was good value for a really plush hotel!!! although it stated that a spa pass at the sister hotel in maybella was included, when we arrived the receptionist said this was not the case, however this was the only problem we encountered(other than paying six euros for a bottle of water!!!!!!, take your own!!!.) The staff are lovely and we had a great stay!!! |

A wonderful hotel located directly on the beach yet a short stroll into Puerto Banus (10 minutes walk). Standard Rooms internally are a bit small although this is offset by the large enclosed terraces which allows views over the pool to the sea. Junior and Large suites are well worth the money. Internally the rooms are fitted out to a high specification which is worthy of any 5 star hotel. The food is superb and there are several restaurants to choose from including one with a Michelin star. Staff are super efficient and courteous. Beach is spotlessly clean and very child friendly. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone. |

Excellent value for money, friendly staff. Hotel would appear to be about 18 months old and in good condition. It is right on the beach. Tremendous number of staff in hotel. It is out of season and hotel was very quiet. Breakfast was excellent, great selection of fruit, juices, breads, eggs, cheeses, ham, etc - very very good. Stayed in a Superior Room which was side on to the sea but still had a sea view, good size terrace, lcd tv which had 2 british channels - BBC1 and BBC2. Room did NOT have an ironing board, but I did ask for one which was provided. Was unable to have the SPA treatments that were promised, no one was at the spa, which was only a small room, so would not rely on this being any good. Swimming area was clean, towels provided, pool didnt seem to be heated as it was cold. Bar prices are what you would expect to pay in a 5star hotel - a cocktail circa 13 euro, and a beer (mid size) 6 euro. We walked along the beach to get to Puerto Banus, which took approx 10 mins to get the to harbour area, otherwise a taxi woould be circa 7 euro. Would definitely go back. |
