We were very disapointed to find that we paid above rack rate though laterooms ,and as our junior suite had a jacuzzi (not booked)at the end were charged extra again.Service poor as no available staff! 4 1/2hrs to get a corkscrew to the room. pool bar regulally unmanned. The hotal acually was very quiet for peek season. The location was good for most places in the evening and the beach. Hotel in major need of a refit. Asked the hotel staff to book a couple of resturants for us, giving plenty of notice only to find they just hadn't bothered so we were left with no good resturant bookings in high season!Excellent weather saved our holiday. |

This hotel is fantastic in every way- truly a 5 star experience. The rooms are out of t his world - the facilities are amazing and the location cannot be faulted. I have stayed here 3 times now and am returning again this year with a group of friends - it is one of the best hotels I have stayed in (and I have stayed in many!. The breakfast and overall dining experience is hard to beat as well |
