Great location and very smart accommodation for the price, the only issue was the hot water. Some of the showers had to be turned fully cold to actually get any hot water, and were then either scalding or freezing. Then the following morning there was no hot water at all as the boiler had tripped off in the night. If the owners sorted this issue then it really would be an excellent experience.

There was a slight problem on arrival due to laterooms confirmation not being sent to letsinthecity in good time. However Letsinthecity were very prompt once we had arrived even though the confirmation had not arrive from laterooms we were still shown to our apartment. I would suggest to future residents to phone ahead and let letsinthecity know when you will arrive. The apartment itself was very well kept the rooms were big with ensuits the kitchen was excellent. We had everything we needed on moving in. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend these appartments to future residents.

Horrible doesn't even start to describe the state of these apartments. To start off with, the boiler was broken, but the guy that greeted us upon our arrival assured us that we just need to reboot the boiler. Even after 50 restarts, NONE of the showers nor jacuzzi worked, there was two choice of temperature, extremely boiling hot or freezing cold. It took each one of us an hour to complete a shower, utterly ridicullious. There are no toileteries available, and one of the bathroom did not even have a mirror in it. A sink that was the size of a large loaf of bread was in two of the three bathrooms in the apartment.
The apartments themselves at first glance was decorated to a high standard. HOWEVER, upon closer inspection, they were very shoddily finished, paintwork are left unfinished, wardrobes left uncompleted or shoved in a random corner and electrical appliances haphazardly peppered around the apartment. There was even a bed shoved in the corner where the boiler is and they had the audacity to call that a room! The carpets were new, but badly stained. Floors had a thick layer of dust, probably not helped by the fact that there was no floor mat through the main door. The toaster blew up when we used it as well. The pans supplied in the kitchen (there were only two for an apartment of 8) were very scratched and not useable.
The one good thing about this apartment was its location and the fact that you are allocated a parking space.

Very close to the Edinburgh railway station, walking distance from the Pricess Street and close to many good Indian restaurants. Real value for money. The host (lady named Maja) was very warm and friendly and took extra care to make our stay very very enjoyable. A must for anyone who wants to visit Edinburgh on a leisure trip.
