Really friendly couple who were more than happy to direct us on where to eat, what there was to do etc. The setting is gorgeous, a stones throw from the beach and the B&B was really nice, clean, and tidy. We both had a full English each morning which was spot on! Would definately stay again or recommend it.

Simple but effective. Only stayed one night but perfectly ok. No need to pay higher prices anywhere else. No problem parking, which can be difficult in some areas of Llandudno.

This Hotel is a credit to the owners Steve &lynne,They are one of the friendliest couples we have met on our travels , We would like to thank them for the excellent service & information that they gave us in regards to places to dine ,& places to visit .
We would not hesitate to recommend this Hotel to anyone . It is truly one of LLandudno's little Gems .

The Family were very friendly . I was there on business but would definately go back for a break with my family .Good location and great value.
