We didn't get the twin we booked (it's on reg form) but a double. and with no expalanation/apology. The room was OK but the bathroom wastebin hadn't been emptied and there were cobwebs in every corner! The glass bedside table hadn't ben cleaned, had blobs of food or something on it. (subsequently removed/cleaned by me) |
