A small family run Licensed 4 Star Guest House Where the Guests always come First. Quietly Situated close to the picturesque Babbacombe Downs with uninterrupted views overlooking Lyme Bay,The Babbacombe Palms is also close to many major tourist attractions, including Bygones,The world famous Model Village,and Kents Cavern.Also well situated for Beaches,Coastal walks and with a golf course 10 minutes walk away. Dartmoor National Park is just a short drive and the Eden Project would make for a longer day out.

From the M5 Motorway or the A30 join the A38 southbound in the direction of Plymouth. Take the left hand lane at a major road division signposted Torquay A380 overhead, Carry on following signs for Torquay till you see the signs for Babbacombe and St Marychurch go straight through the lights at St Marychurch and york Road can be found on the left.

The Babbacombe Palms is a lovely central place to stay, only a stones throw from the Downs. The Proprietors Ray and Denise are a lovely couple who go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable, a friendly greeting and a very welcome pot of tea on arrival, providing information of places of interest, together with maps of the area. We only stayed for a Weekend, although we wished it was longer as there was so much to see and do in the area. We will definitely be back.

Proprieters very friendly and accommodating. Made to feel very welcome upon arrival and throughout the stay. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Fine as a B&B which was clean and friendly. Room was quite small with only a sliding plastic door to the toilet/shower en-suite, but comfortable and pleasantly furnished. Only having breakfast from 8.30 to 9.00 on a Sunday morning was a bit 'restrictive', though full english was a good start to the day!

The room was very clean and comfortable our only resevation was the en suite which was very small with just a folding door. Ray & Denise were very friendly and helpful.
