Very long walk from reception to our room, involving many sets of stairs - not easy with 2 cases. However our room (351) did have a balcony with sea views - an unexpected bonus |

Great weekend - shower did not work in room but resolved very quickly and with the minimum of fuss we were moved to another room which was larger and nicer. We had Table d'Hote menu on the Sat evening and it was absolutely superb. all staff appeared to be very friendly particularly reception and the female Restaurant Manager. All in all we had a great weekend but next time would love to have a seaview room with balcony to really make the most of the great location. |

On our arrival we were checked in by a brilliant receptionist who was polite, welcoming and friendly. But aftter that the customer service wasn't great. Never rude, but not helpful or friendly. |
