Sea Breeze is a luxury 2 bedroom apartment with great views over St Austell bay. The apart comprises of a master bedroom en-suite and one double room. There is a separate shower room, large kitchen and lounge-dining room. Electric gates with car parking and integrated door code entry system. Sea Breeze is located in an abundance of historical interest and gardens including the famous Heligan gardens plus the internationally acclaimed Eden project which lie within a couple of miles away. Also within easy travelling distance guest will be able to enjoy many recreational pursuits that Cornwall has to offer. St Austell town is less than one mile away making easy access to the town centre, railway & bus station.

All rooms are available from 2.00pm with departure no later than 10.30am. All apartments are strictly non-smoking. Please Call 07988750643 prior to you getting to this point (30 – 60 minutes) before arrival so that we can arrange to meet you at the apartment. DIRECTIONS TOWARDS SEA BREEZE: POSTCODE: PL253RX Take the M5 to Exeter, then onto the A30 until just after Bodmin. At the main roundabout turn left onto the A391, which heads South and is signposted St. Austell. Continue on this road until you reach a roundabout in Stenalees turn LEFT. At the next mini roundabout turn RIGHT and then STRAIGHT over the next mini roundabout immediately after (do NOT turn left towards the Eden Project). In simple terms ALWAYS follow the St. Austell A391 signs. You will now be presented with a magnificent view of the sea as you come down into St. Austell Bay as well as 2 roundabouts each about half a mile apart. Go STRAIGHT across the first roundabout and the at the second roundabout you take the right exit towards CARCLAZE RD Follow this road a little further down you will then see the apartments on your right hand side, which is where we will meet you with keys and security key fob for parking. Parking: Turn right, drive in using the security key fob to open gates, drive in and park in Bay 12 on the left.

The Sea Breeze apartment is modern, very clean and well equiped.
The en suite room has two single beds and is a very nice room also with a separate storage room. The double room is without en suite but there is also a shower / toilet facility off the lounge / diner / kitchen area.
The lounge / diner / kitchen is spacious and very comfortable and has a tv. The kitchen has a washer / drier and dishwasher etc.
There are a few steps and stairs to this first floor apartment so anyone with mobility problems might find it unsuitable.
The owners were very communicative with and friendly. We were pleased with our stay. St Austell is a good location for seeing much of Cornwall. Locally there are lots of useful facilities.

Beautiful, clean and spacious apartment close to the Eden Project and several beaches. Well equipped kitchen, although we were slightly disappointed with the quality of the breakfast ingredients - cheap sausages were not nice, however we appreciated the gesture. The hot water was incredibly hot - to the point of scalding us - not sure if this could be seen to as it wasn't particularly child friendly. Overall however, we loved the place and would thoroughly recommend it to others.
