A very comfortable hotel with a spacious room. The major downside was that arriving after dark from the airport by bus means crossing a treacherous, unlit dual carriageway. My 75 year old mother did NOT relish this. We would not have travelled by bus if we'd known this. Also, the information given out at reception about bus times to Dublin was incomplete-we allowed two slower buses pass by and got a much faster express coach after talking to locals. The staff were friendly and efficient but sometimes a little difficult to understand due to their mastery of English. The restaurant food was okay and very handy (open till 10pm)but the restaurant itself was cold. |

- Il est dommage que les places de parking réservées aux personnes handicapées soient occupées par les voitures du personnel !!! ( il y avait même une voiture en vente qui ne semblait pas devoir bouger ) |

Passable - stayed in better hotels in this chain. Nowhere near Dublin and taxis expensive to Swords. |

I was disappointed to pay an extra 10 euros for booking in earlier, I have stayed in a 2 star hotel before for half the price and they had a room to leave luggage for early arrivals and I got breakfast. The hotel smelt like cigarette smoke. The heated towel rail didn't work. The tv arial kept on disconnecting. The coffee in the rooms was disgusting. |
