Nice Hotel, Nice owners. Position of hotel was good as it was in a nice leafy area of torquay and the walk to the beach was a nice flat walk. Breakfast was good.Keep right on! |

\\we would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Torquay. Andy and Carol the owners were extremely welcoming and friendly, The whole hotel was spotlessly clean and tastefully and beautifully decorated. There were lots of 'extra' touches in our room such as a mini fridge, d.v.d. player and pretty box of tissues on the dressing table. The breakfasts were superb. We were sorry to leave and will definitely be staying here again. The hotel is also ideally situated for access to the seafront, the railway station and all amenities and is on the flat, and located in a very pleasant quiet area. |

A lovely hotel and great hosts in Andy and Carol, lovely food and great service. Room was great with a view of leafy parkland and very short walk to beach and railway station. It was clean and always immacualtely maintained. Lively chatter with other guests and Andy and Carrol. If you want a really enjoyable stay in Torquay go to the Elmdene, colour tv and dvds in rooms, tea and coffee in rooms, hairdryer and lovely clean bathroom, comfortable beds and if you want anything else Andy and Carrol would try and get it for you.. really enjoyed my stay and would go back again. |
