Superby located city centre Edwardian guest house. Short walk to restaurants, theatres, cinemas, shops and historic city centre. All rooms non smoking. Freshly prepared English breakfast using top quality locally produced ingredients with a vegetarian alternative also available. Parking can be provided either in a small car park at the rear of the building or on one of the side streets with a parking permit that we would provide you with. Latest check in time 9 pm.

The owners made us feel very welcome and our stay there was very pleasant, assisted by the convenience of position being so close to town centre. The breakfast food was a treat and the service couldn't have been better. Not a truly comfortable bed, but our comments to the owners about the rather frugal duvet was met with politeness and assurance that the matter would be dealt with.

This was a great B&B, I asked for a room towards the back, because comments I read on Late Rooms said the main road was noisey. My room had no noise problems. The owners were very pleasant & the full country breakfast was fantastic & much better valve than 4 star Hotels. I would certainly stay here again if going to Norich
