Fairly easy to find.Accessibilty and parking OK. Room unfriendly withsome dampness/discoloured decoration showing on bedroom walls.En-Suite tiny with cloakroom sized washbasin which inadequate, shower not fixed properly.Tv in room badly placed -tiny and woeful reception.Noisy c/heating pump and pub below noisy up 'till 2.00am in the morning. However room was warm during our stay.Did not have breakfast as this extra and too expensive.Had an evening meal on first night which only just adequate.Could only reccommend for travel weary ramblers who would be too tired to care.Very, very basic and glad to get home! |

Easily found and delightful hotel with excellent food (both breakfast and evening meals come as an extra) at reasonable prices. The "Full English" breakfast was to die for! The only drawback with our stay was that we found the bed very hard and rated the room down for this reason. At this price it will be difficult to find a friendlier better value hostlery. THANKS! |
