The hotel had a very poor level of heating and no one answered the customer bell when i rang on the first night for an extra blanket.
On the second night when I was again awoken due to the biting cold I decided to make some coffee with the in-room coffee facilities, I found the milk had gone off!!! The use by date of the small milk cartons was for January of 2008.
I wish better luck for future guests!
