The hotel has a Lybian restaurant. I didn't eat there in the evening. The room I had was in the old part of the hotel and was hard to get to with heavy luggage. No help was offered to carry my suitcase up some steps on the way to the lift.
The room was clean but very dark.

Very disappointed that there was no air conditioning in the room. It was a stifling hot day, and with the window open (luckily facing the quiet inward courtyard), and with the noisy portable fan provided, the room could still not be cooled down.
In this day and age for a hotel in a business district this is really not acceptable.

This hotel is OK. The staff are friendly and helpful, the breakfast bar was pretty good and it's in a good location for eating out. The only downsides are the rooms are quite small and even in May were very warm - there's no aircon in the rooms but some did have pedestal fans. Also, while being clean, the rooms were looking a bit tired.
