Hotel rooms spacious and comfortable - for the price an absolute bargain - didn't have time to use bar / health club but all looked good.

The Hotel is located in a picturesque setting, not too difficult to find from the A63, although signage could be improved. the staff were very efficient and approachable.
the carpet in the bedroom was covered in stains which let doen the quality of the room.

Greast experience and refreshingly breaks the business hotel mould.
Meal quality is first class. Best cooked breakfast I have experienced in a UK hotel.
