Kensington Town House - London

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful - room a little small but appeared recently refurbed.

As mentioned above the room was tiny and I had to sidle to get from A to B. The English breakfast was at best only luke warm and as I was the first guest to take breakfast at 7.00am I would have expected the food to be freshly cooked and hot.

Bien situado, todo correcto salvo que la habitacion era muy muy pequeña, con todos los servicios, incluso plancha de ropa, secador, etc...pero muy pequeña.

Service at this hotel was extremely poor. We were to be provided with a "Superior Double" room but on checking into our room found it basically consisted of a single bed and the room itself was backing directly onto the Tube line. Following a telephone call to LateRooms we were moved into a more acceptable room. We found the staff at the hotel to be unprofessional and there was a genuine and undoubted lack of "customer service". Would not stay at the hotel again.

The staff were helpfull but the room was dissapointing.
The room was well thaught out and had facilities you would expect but I could not even assemble the Ironing board in the room it was that small !
Bathroom was clean and tidy.
Location was convinient but noisy at nights.
