a) Basic information of whom & how to contact in need was not available in the room and was not explained. (Being a family run hotel, once the owners go to sleep it was a dilemma how to contact them in the night) |

Great location - quiet but still only 100yds from the beach. The welcome was lovely and warm, and the owners bent over backwards to help me sort out a problem I had with a fax, and gave truly excellent customer service. If I was being hyper critical I would say my room decor was a little dated, but it was scrupulously clean. I would stay here again without hesitation, and would recommend highly to anyone. And the breakfast was the best I've ever had in a guest house. |

I was pleasantly surprised staying at this hotel, mostly because the pictures do not do it justice! On arrival i was welcomed by the lovely owners who gave me a quick tour and answered all my questions. The room was a lot nicer than the price I paid for it and comfortable with a clean ensuite. Bit of a creaky bed but I managed to get to sleep fine. They had heating! which trust me isn't all that common. And not forgetting they are literally 2mins walk from the sandy beaches of falmouth. I really felt like i was staying in their home. they even made me breakfast earlier as i was leaving early in the morning. Fresh fruits and everything else you could ask for in breakfast. highly recommended good value for money. |

The welcome was fantastic, the rooms warm, cosy and clean and the breakfast was great. This B&B has a great location with easy walking access to the beach. This gets a 5*. |
