The hotel is beginning to need maintenance, particularly to the main windows. Otherwise, the accomodation was very clean and tidy and the owners were very helpful.
I cannot get used to the idea of not having a proper breakfast in such accomodation, but in this case, it didn't matter very much.

Very nice place!!!!! Very friendly people got all the info and help we needed about the area, bus services etc on arrival. Beds are so comfy room very clean not very spacious but its not like your gonna be in your room for long because if your going to leeds you need to get out there and explore class place:)

The hotel is really well organised with all the information required to make your stay straightforward. the staff were pleasent and helpful. The rooms although not perfect were still clean and good value for money.
