Easily accessible from the Termini. Clean, very helpful staff, even got to leave our luggage in the B&B until our flight left at 5.00 in the afternoon. So easy going - no hassle - great. Will stop again for the 3rd time - recommend it to anybody |

Not really a b&b, more of a shared apartment. This could feel a bit odd, like house sharing with strangers and no staff about. We only saw the owner at the start of our three night stay, when he gave us our key. The apartment is on a top floor of a building near the main station. Despite comments elsewhere, the area wasn't intimidating. The room was fine for the price we paid and breakfast was self-service, with a selection of cold meats and cheeses in the fridge (pretty standard continental fare). The real bonus of this place was location: we were a short walk from all the sights. For three girls on holiday, it was fine and we were able to share a triple room. I wouldn't recommend it for honeymooners or those who like their creature comforts such as being waited on at breakfast time or a receptionist. |

Excellent bed and breakfast: the room was very nice and luminous and the whole house was extremely clean. Perfect location if you are planning to visit the city by public transport or walking and you haven't a lot of time |

The good thing about this hotel? if you can call it that, it is more like a shared accommodation ( It is an apartment on the fifth floor of a building, in fact an apartment, that has been divided into four bedrooms) is its very close to the railway station and the beds were made, though not changed daily and despite advertising sky in the rooms the only english channel i could get was sky news. The room was in a loft, where there was a sky light in the roof with no view. Our toilet was above the dining area with just a wood screen between us and the people below, access to our room was up a steep narrow stairway like a loft ladder which went from the dining area to the floor were we were behind the wood screen, I'm not sure if this was a put you up room as the description said four rooms, we counted five including ours. Breakfast was, a help your self from the fridge with a choice of cereal, juice, cheese, biscuits, if you wanted coffee, tea or toast you had to make it your self with kettle / toaster. |

Great place to stay. Come and go as you please with nobody "watching you". The room was very clean, the bathroom and kitchen facilities were very good. Would stop here again with no hesitation. Only 2 minutes walk to the Termini. Ideal location. |
