What a lovely pub. The room was fine for the one night we were staying. The food was excellent, the different home brewed ales superb. Breakfast in the conservatory very relaxing. Thanks to all the staff. |

The boiler broke down but they made every attempt to compensate by bringing in electric heaters to the room. When we asked for another one, it was there straight away. |

Lovely country pub serving great food. The fish was the biggest we've ever seen - including Harry Ramsdens!. Well worth the 10 or so miles off the A1 - didn't have time to do the tour round Rutland Water but will return to do so and stay at The Plough again. |
