Hotel was excellent value, the bed was really king-size and very comfortable and breakfast excellent. We didn't sample the Italian restaurant but it smelled very good. Wiring in the room was a little Heath-Robinson; it took us five hours to discovered how to put on basin light in the bathroom. TV didn't work, which was good as one would have to sit on the floor to watch. Room is good if all you want to do is sleep in it - and we slept exceptionally well. Staff very friendly. For £55, excellent value.

restraunt and the reception staff need to be retrained they let the hotel down.the beds need replacing
