Hotel LENOX MONTPARNASSE

Excellent accomidation, very good customer service, very clean and well appointed, very good location

Hotel Lenox is a fabulous little hotel right in the centre of Montparnasse. We stayed here for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. On arrival we were dealt with quickly and efficiently by a very friendly receptionist who spoke good English. We were upgraded to a Club room without request, which was a pleasant surprise. The room was lovely, absolutely spotless and tastefully decorated. The en-suite bathroom was similarly clean and attractive with a good size bath and shower. Both rooms had balcony's and looked onto a nice little courtyard with a fountain. We had no complaints at all with this hotel and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good priced hotel (for Paris) in a fantastic location.

The staff were friendly and helpful but it was a noisy location and the room did not appear to benefit from air conditioning. Room was small but excellent bathroom.

On arrival thought the room was quite small for a 'superior'. Questioned this at the desk and they confirmed it was right but did change it to room 46 which was bigger. Always polite and helpful (booked a restaurant table for us stright away). Very near Vavin metro (direct from Gare du Nord) great cafes for breakfast nearby if you don't want the buffet-style 16 euro a head hotel breakfast.

Good location for sight-seeing, friendly staff; our room was quite small and the shower in particular was tiny, but what a lovely, powerful shower after a day's sight-seeing! Room and bathroom spotlessly clean.
If you are after a conveniently located, clean and friendly hotel, without being too concerned about room size, this is ideal.
