The hotel is well situated but the rooms are basic.
I was particularly unhappy when paying by debit card to be told that their machine was not working so they had to use a swipe machine & insisted that I had to divulge my pin number to them.
I reluctantly did this to ensure the payment went through then I immediately contacted my bank & cancelled the debit card to prevent possible fraudulent use.

The stair carpets were worn out and dirty. The first bedroom so bad, it smelt and dirty had a hole int the bathroom door, that I asked for another room. The second wasn't much better, no carpeting, stained ceiling, no bath just a shower. The breakfast was very basic with processed cheese slices, orange squash instead of orange juice, and unpleasant coffee from a coffee machine.
There was no way that this hotel was 3 star, at best it was 1 star, but didn't deserve that. Also it wa not anyway near either the Trevi Fountain or Spanish Steps, it was actually closer to Termini Station.

This was a hotel of last resort for us having stayed there on a previous trip. The location is very good but that is about all that can be said about it, but then this is Rome and our visit was in October, the most expensive time of year. If there was nothing else available and we had to go to Rome then we would put up with the hotel for a very short stay.

Good position for getting around the city.
    Friendly helpful staff.
Breakfast could have been a bit more interesting but was generally ok for the money (some cold cuts and fresh orange juice instead of orange squash would have been nice).
The lift was welcome for getting bags upstairs.
Generally a nice hotel, enjoy your stay!
