New holiday apartments in Budapest located in the city centre near, New York Café. Several apartments are situates in the same building - like an apartment hotel. We offer two apartment types: studios and one bedroom, (1 bedroom with living-room), all are fully-equipped apartments. Our centrally located fully furnished and equipped new apartments mean perfect choice to stay in Budapest both for holiday or business purposes. Based on big complex we can comfortably accommodate groups or bigger parties. All of our apartments are fully furnished, and equipped with kitchen, cable TV, clean bed sheets and towels. Several tourist attractions are just a few minutes walking distance from our apartment house, like the State Opera, Synagogue, and Liszt Ference Square (with great restaurants and cafes). The house itself is a new building was built in 2006. There are 2 elevators in the house and a nice inner garden. There is a 24 hour security service in the apartment house next to the main entrance.

Several tourist attractions are just for a few minutes walking distance from our apartments e.g.: State Opera House, Europe biggest Synagogue, and Liszt Ference Square (Great restaurants and cafes). Nearest tram stop is "Blaha Lujza ter" (line 4-6) Nearest Metro station is "Blaha Lujza ter" (M2-red line) Nearest bus stop is "Blaha Lujza ter" How to get to our apartment house BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT from: - Blaha Lujza ter: it is just a 2 min walk. Look for the "Burger King" restaurant on the corner of Rakoczi ut and Akacfa utca. Walk down in the street, and after the first cross street on the left hand side next to the underground parking you will find our new white building, here press doorbell #14 (or #120) to get in. - Keleti Railway Station: take underground line #2 ( red line ) OR bus #7 to Blaha Lujza ter, than see above. - Airport: take bus #200 to Kobanya-Kispest underground and bus terminal ( final stop ). Change here for the blue metro line ( #3 ) and get of at "Ferenc Korut" stop. Than change for tram #4-6 and take the one goes in "Moszkva ter direction", get off at "Blaha Lujza ter" stop ( 3rd stop ). This journey from the airport takes about 70 min. ON REQUEST WE CAN ARRANGE PRIVATE AIRPORT TRANSFER (Airport Pick-Up). Driving directions from motorways M1-M7-M0 : Petofi-hid (Petofi Bridge)-straight down in Ferenc korut ( boulevard )- straight in Jozsef Korut-reaching "Blaha Lujza ter ( square )" drive past the traffic junction straight an at Boscolo Hotel ( New York Palace and Cafe ) on your right at the first traffic light turn gight than at the first street right again, after a right turn again at the traffic light you will be on "Rakoczi ut". After leaving the first big junction and traffic light at the Burger King turn right directly to the first street. This is Akacfa utca. After the first corner on the right you will see our modern white building on your right.

Great location, the only major mark down on this was the bed. It was a metal action pull out sofa bed and very, very uncomfortable which was a shame as the rest of the apartment was good. There were a couple of small items that let it down like the shower attachment was broken so you had to hold the shower over your head yourself which isn't the end of the world but still an irritant and the door lock took some figuring out. Please note this is a non-smoking apartment but there was a balcony that you could go out onto but in the cold that isn't ideal (good for the non-smokers though). Overall the best thing about this was the location was excellent - although the street looks a bit the worst for wear at night time but it is so close to the main sites, everything was within walking distance. The staff were very friendly, we kept out bags in their office and they had a good cancellation policy. Shame about the uncomfy bed.

The appartment was excellent, It was modern and had plenty of room. We were on a stag do, and they accomodated an extra guest at short notice which was excellent. Our trip to Budapest was excellent and this was partly due to the appartment being excellent.

Very good. This is not a hotel but an apartment - but very good anyway if just looking for a place to sleep as opposed to all the mod cons of a hotel (room service / restaurant / concierge). Highly recommended. Clean apartments, nice and roomy (much bigger than hotel room) fridge, tv, washing machine and kitchen. Not that we would be washing clothes - but nice to have the big fridge for food / drink etc. Excellent location -very central.
