Beautiful riverside setting, large spacious rooms with excellent bathrooms (bigger than some rooms I have stayed in!). My only gripe is with the lack of tv channels, just 5.

We really enjoyed our one night stay at this hotel after booking a late room deal. It is in an exceptional location, with the conservatory restaurant overlooking the River Waveney. We were impressed with the quality of the food which was locally sourced.
