we booked in late and left early in the morning, so this is very hard to comment on, apart from we had a very warm welcome to the hotel, the owner gave us a fanastic recommendation to a restaurant in the area, unfortunately the bedroom was tatty and old looking. there was no water pressure in the shower and very little hot water. wuld prefer to stay here for a longer period of time to assess properly and get a better feeling for the hotel |

The staff were very helpfull and polite, I stayed on a room only basis so cannot comment on the breakfast arangements but believe you can order fo the next day should you require, they also have an evening bar for guests. The room I stayed in was a basic en-suite with shower, but has facilities in extra bathrooms should you prefer a bath. Tea/Coffee facilities and a TV/radio. |

My room smelt of smoke. it was out dated. old furnisture, stains on the carpet. the light fitting was about to fall off the wall. I had asked for an on-suite room, to find that my on-suite was down the corridor and no shower !! |

For a two star its not a bad deal. The locaiton is good, not too far from the train station, has parking, located in slightly quieter part of Bournemouth and an easy walk to the beautiful long sandy beaches and the centre. Our room backed onto a hotel which had a rather loud party going on and the hotel didnt have any other rooms so that wasnt great but only lasted till about 11 30 - 12 00. The hotel is a quite dated. If it meant going to Bournemouth or not, then yes I would stay here again. |
