We were upgraded on arrival - the tower rooms - was amazing - food was great both brekkie and supper, the spa- the main reason we went was great and the treatments that I had - massage was very high standard. Great location for exploring, great staff. A real classic old world hotel with luxury feel. |

I upgraded to the executive room for an extra £20 but even that was small. The hotel were very obliging and changed us to a larger room at no extra cost. The leisure facilities were excellent . |
